Joshua was enthusiastic about running laps behind the school. He ran/walked 5 laps, of 1/2 mile each. We were pretty impressed by that! Next year he wants to do 6 or 7! Brent came to help out all day. We did 5 sessions of 30 minutes throughout the day to accommodate all the classes in the school. (We were really lucky to have good weather). Brent took pictures of Joshua with his camera phone and ran Joshua's last lap with him. It was a fun event...it's still not over for me though. This week we hand out prizes and throw pizza parties for the classes that raised the most money! Joshua's class won a pizza party...so I'll be back with him in his class this week.
That's good form there...looks like we may have another runner in the family.

He runs with style!! Christian was a runner like that at that age....he could just go and go and go. He wanted to be in cross country in school and tried it, but he started having crazy pain in his feet. Turns out he over-pronated really bad when he runs. He tried special shoes, insoles, etc to correct it, but nothing worked. So he gave it up. Oh well. Us Lobo's all have stupid feet!
Kate it's Victoria I was hoping around the blogging world and found your blog hope you don't mind. It's always good to see old friends doing well and it's amazing to how much Josh has grown, now you have two boys and a girl on the way feel free to check out our blog it would be fun to stay in touch.:)
