Mt. Shasta view from Glen's backyard...at over 14,000 feet it's much taller than Mt. Hood in Oregon
(warning...pictures are from Brent's sweet 1 megapixel phone camera...as our regular awesome 3 megapixel camera was out of batteries. Just think how nice pictures will be when we finally decide to buy a new camera!)
Toby and Joshua had fun playing with their cousin Riana...I'm seriously wishing that we had an older sister in our family to help the boys play togther. These guys all played together outside for hours! And the boys LOVED coming somewhere that had a little bit of snow to 'skate on'.
Riana, Graddad and Joshua at nearby Lake Siskiyou
Glen and Lizz
The beautiful Thanksgiving house at Lake Shasta...oh how I wish we could've had more time to play!
What's left of Lake Shasta these days...at least this far up from the main part of the reservoir. All the kids had fun hiking and exploring down there.
We found this old brigde at what used to be the bottom of the reservoir, while we were exploring. It got covered with water, and now it is uncovered again.
Brent and I with darling cousin Marsha!
Riana, Glen and Grandma Jane
Granddad Bruce with cousin Jaxon!
Brent's cousin Randy caught a wild turkey and deep fried it...that was for sure a first
Uncle Mitch and Marsha
Glen and Aunt Denise...thanks for letting us come!
Grandparents and little cousin Jax
One last picture...sorry it's so blurry, but I couldn't resist. Cute little cousin London was giving a reluctant Toby hugs. :-)
Family and adventures...great food and a road trip. Abundant blessings!

Sounds like a wonderful time in a beautiful setting. Happy Thanksgiving!
Man, that looks like a fun trip! Jaxon and Riana are so big! Glad you got a short escape. How was the turkey?
I am so jealous! It's great to see pictures of fun people from a fun time! Glad you got to go join them!
There must be something about Toby that makes his little girl cousins want to hug and tackle him. Ella always wants to chase him around and give me hugs he may not want :)
Wish we could have been there with everyone, looks like it was beautiful weather and fun times!
